  • Run-Election FINALLY here! Proud to have voted for Bradley Bryne for Gov. Tomorrow is time for our party to come back together. #fb
  • Congrats Dr Bentley. It's now time for all of us in the GOP to unite behind you in November regardless of our support in the runoff
  • As a Bryne supporter my side lost tonight but I want to encourage other Republicans to step forward and unite for the Nov election.

  • Debating education reform today at the Emerging Political Leaders Conf. being held at the University of Virginia.
  • States around the country are facing same ed. problems as Al. Most have come to the conclusion that more money is not the answer.
  • Spent most of the day debating ethics reform at the home of Thomas Jefferson at Monticello. A great discussion among state legislators

  • In route back to Alabama to see my family before the Business Council of Alabama Conference this weekend.
  • It was a real privilege to participate in a seminar on leadership conducted by Ed Freeman at the Univ. of Virginia. Very inspiring.
  • The most powerful trait of a political leader today? The ability to listen. All of us in office can improve on this.
